Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) is approximately 18 km from the hotel. You can take a taxi or ride-share directly to Lagos Road, Nairobi CBD. We also offer an airport transfer service for KES 1,500 — add it during your booking or contact us in advance.

Yes. Tom Mboya Street — one of Nairobi's main matatu and bus corridors — is steps from the hotel. The Ambassadeur Hotel matatu terminus is a short walk away, giving access to routes across the city and beyond.

No deposit is required. Lagos Hotel Nairobi operates a pay-on-arrival policy. Simply submit a booking request through our website or call us, and pay when you check in. No credit card details needed to hold a reservation.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day for early arrivals or late check-outs by arrangement.

Early check-in is subject to room availability — contact us the day before your arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge.

Late check-out until 2:00 PM is available for an additional fee of KES 800. You can add this to your booking request or arrange it at reception on arrival.

All guests must present a valid national ID or passport at check-in. This is a legal requirement for hotel registration in Kenya. Your details are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
